About the Role

We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to own the core earning experience across our consumer brands. You will shape how members find opportunities, understand the bargain, complete an activity, and choose what to do next.

This is a hands-on senior individual contributor role leading a dedicated squad. You will set the direction, stay close to research and product details, and turn separate earning paths into a more coherent experience.

Your scope includes discovery, navigation, and choice across the earning experience. You will improve how we explain value, effort, eligibility, progress, and expected credit. You will own the member insight, product direction, roadmap, experiments, and measures for this mission. You will also raise the quality of product decisions across Consumer Experience.

You will report to the Head of Product for Consumer Experience and partner closely with Product Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Lifecycle.

Experience

Required

• Senior Product IC Minimum 5 years of experience as a senior level product manager including individual contribution ownership of complex consumer products

• Growing scope and impact. Product examples of successfully shipped complex products that have delivered meaningful user and business results.

• Consumer product ownership. Direct experience shaping substantial in-product user journeys changing what users understand, do and value. This experience should demonstrate deep product development beyond acquisition, CRM, landing pages or narrow funnels.

• Complex UX delivery. Successful demonstration of simplified layered interactions, information and user choices working in close partnership with Design.

• Evidence-based outcomes. High proficiency in qualitative insight, product data and experimentation to guide decisions and measure results.

• Cross-functional delivery. Experience leading multidisciplinary squads through complex launches and improved execution beyond your immediate team.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience in consumer loyalty and rewards, gamification, performance marketing highly preferred.

Location and Working Model

• LA hybrid. This role is based at our El Segundo office, where much of the Consumer Experience team works.

• Remote exceptions. We may consider remote work for an especially strong candidate who is well matched to the role.

What Success Looks Like

First few months. You will develop a grounded view of how members discover, choose, and complete earning opportunities. You will give the squad a clear mission and measures, establish strong partnerships, and ship initial improvements.

Within the first year:

• Measurable member outcomes. More members complete earning activities and return to earn again, with member trust and marketplace economics protected.

• A coherent earning experience. Members can understand opportunities, complete them, and find a relevant next action across surveys, games, and offers.

• A focused squad. The team has a clear product model, outcome measures, and roadmap shaped by member insight, product data, and experiments.

• Better team decisions. Your framing, judgment, and product craft improve the work of peers across Consumer Experience.
