This is a Hybrid Role
Office attendance is required at least twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays for collaboration and connection. There may be additional in-office days for team or company events.
The Role
Ironclad is hiring a Staff Product Manager to lead a critical portfolio at the heart of our enterprise platform: Trust & Core Services. FedRAMP readiness and authorization enablement is the top priority for this role-you will translate FedRAMP controls into product requirements, drive cross-functional execution, and ensure we ship the capabilities and operational readiness needed for authorization and ongoing compliance.
In addition to FedRAMP, you will own foundational platform areas that impact enterprise scalability and product velocity:
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of security/compliance, platform reliability, and execution at scale. You'll partner deeply with Engineering, Security/GRC, Legal, Design, AI stakeholders (as internal platform customers), and GTM partners to deliver outcomes.
What You'll Do
Product Launch, Packaging & GTM Readiness
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of Product Management experience, including platform or infrastructure-adjacent product ownership. Hands-on FedRAMP experience required: led or materially drove FedRAMP readiness/authorization for a SaaS/cloud product (scope/boundary decisions, control-to-product translation, evidence-producing capabilities, POA&M execution, and close partnership with Security/GRC + Engineering). Proven ability to translate ambiguity into strategy, roadmap, and shipped outcomes; strong written and executive communication. Track record of leading cross-functional delivery and launches involving Engineering, Security/GRC, Legal, and GTM.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience owning document/content services (storage, rendering, pipelines, performance/SLOs), ideally at scale. Familiarity with how documents are processed for AI (ingestion, extraction, chunking/indexing, retrieval/RAG) and partnering with AI/ML teams on platform dependencies and governance. Experience building or scaling a Design System (component governance, accessibility, adoption, developer experience). Experience with enterprise SaaS pricing/packaging inputs (entitlements, plan gating) and launching platform capabilities. Engineering background or experience as a Technical Product Manager and/or Technical Program/Project Manager is a plus.
Success in This Role Looks Like
FedRAMP milestones delivered on schedule with clear boundary decisions, control mapping, and evidence-producing capabilities shipped. Reduced authorization risk through measurable improvements in auditability/logging, access controls, retention, and operational readiness. Improved reliability and performance for core document workflows; stronger AI team velocity enabled by dependable document primitives. Successful launches of trust/platform capabilities with clear enablement, packaging readiness, and measurable adoption. Faster product delivery and improved UX consistency through Design System adoption and reduced UI fragmentation.
