Assured is on a mission to modernize insurance. Claims processing (i.e. should we pay this claim?), while often overlooked, is the foundation of the entire industry. It’s currently highly manual, involving phone calls, faxes, and gut instinct, costing tens of billions of dollars a year. We can do better.

We’re looking for a strategic and driven Staff Product Manager to shape the vision, roadmap, and execution of our next-generation products. In this role, you’ll partner cross-functionally with design, engineering, and business stakeholders to bring impactful ideas to life, from concept to launch and beyond.

What You’ll Do

Define and own the product strategy and roadmap, aligning with company goals, customer insights, and market opportunities.

Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and definition through delivery, iteration, and scale.

Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment on priorities.

Leverage data and research to drive decisions, measure success, and continuously improve user engagement and business outcomes.

Champion innovation, exploring new ideas, technologies, and approaches to deliver exceptional experiences.

Communicate clearly and effectively, translating complex concepts into actionable plans for internal and external stakeholders.
