They lead technical strategy and execution across platforms, ensuring architectural integrity aligned with enterprise standards. Focused on continuous improvement, the team automates processes and optimizes system scalability. Collaboration and mentorship foster knowledge sharing and high-quality delivery. What you'll do:

• Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks aligned with roadmap priorities.
• Drive full software development lifecycle activities such as coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Apply cloud-native architecture principles to ensure scalable, resilient, and agile systems.
• Conduct system design reviews to validate quality and alignment with architectural standards.
• Build AI-driven applications integrating ML components and automation features.
• Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering excellence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex problems into actionable technical requirements.
• Continuously improve processes, tools, and products through innovation and data-driven practices.

What you'll bring:

• Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation to ensure scalable and resilient systems.
• Strong proficiency in software design patterns, API design, and software prototyping to develop maintainable and modular solutions.
• Experience leading full software development lifecycle activities, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and observability.
• Skilled in Java programming and familiar with DevOps engineering practices to enhance platform capabilities and developer productivity.
• Ability to apply data-driven decision making and remedial action to optimize engineering processes and product quality.
• Demonstrated technical leadership, mentorship, and collaboration across cross-functional teams to drive engineering excellence.

Sunnyvale, California US-11658: The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
