About the Team
The Logistics Technology team at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. builds and supports the platforms that move product across our supply chain - from distribution center operations and warehouse management to transportation and delivery for brands including Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn, West Elm, and Rejuvenation. We partner closely with Supply Chain, Distribution Center operations, and third-party vendors to deliver scalable microservices that keep fulfillment fast, accurate, and cost-effective. It is a hands-on, high-ownership team where engineers work end to end - designing systems, integrating with WMS and TMS platforms, and applying automation and AI to improve how our distribution network runs every day.
About the Role
The Staff Software Engineer will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade, scalable microservices applications supporting Logistics and Warehouse Management Systems. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on development expertise, and close collaboration with cross-functional business and technology teams, including third-party vendors such as Manhattan Associates.

The expected starting pay range for this position is $160,000 - $190,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
