We're building the infrastructure layer for private capital markets, combining modern software systems, AI-native workflows, and deep market intelligence to transform how private-market transactions happen.

Our platform sits at the intersection of financial infrastructure, data systems, and applied AI. We're building agentic systems that automate complex workflows, improve market efficiency, and create entirely new ways for institutional investors to interact with private-market data and liquidity.

We've raised a Series A from top-tier investors, with approximately $25M in total funding. We're looking for exceptional engineers who thrive in high-ownership environments, move extraordinarily fast, and use AI to amplify what they can build.

Job Details

What You'll Work On:
Design and build production-grade agentic systems and AI-native workflows.
Architect infrastructure for orchestration, automation, and AI research agents.
Improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of MCP servers and backend agentic services.
Build scalable data pipelines that integrate AI-driven and non-deterministic workflows.
Develop core backend systems, APIs, and services powering private-market data and transactions.
Improve matching, automation, and workflow systems for private-market participants.
Build user-facing product features across the stack when needed.
Leverage Claude Code, Codex, and parallel coding agents to accelerate development and engineering output.
Make high-impact architectural decisions and own projects from concept through production.
Collaborate directly with engineering and product leadership on technical strategy.

What We're Looking For:
Deep understanding of software architecture, backend systems, and distributed computing fundamentals.
Highly proficient with AI-assisted development, including Claude Code, Codex, or comparable autonomous coding agents.
Experience designing and implementing complex production software systems independently.
Strong understanding of APIs, data pipelines, reliability, performance, and scalable infrastructure.
Excellent problem-solving ability, with the capacity to reason quickly through difficult technical challenges.
Strong product intuition and the ability to connect technical decisions to business outcomes.
A high-ownership, entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Willingness to work across the stack and learn unfamiliar technologies quickly.

Nice to Have:
Experience building agentic workflows, LLM orchestration systems, or MCP servers.
Experience with parallel coding agents, agent harnesses, or autonomous software-development workflows.
Background in financial technology, trading, market data, or institutional financial infrastructure.
Experience as a founding engineer or early technical hire at a fast-growing startup.
Experience with TypeScript, Python, cloud infrastructure, and modern data systems.

We care more about exceptional engineering ability, architectural judgment, and speed of execution than specific frameworks or job titles.
