Purpose of Job: The Branch Manager will oversee the daily business and personnel operations of their assigned branch(es). The primary focus of the role is to build, coach, develop, lead, and motivate a team that can provide excellent client service in all interactions while partnering with sales and account managers to ensure client satisfaction, commitment to quality and excellence and culture of accountability. Other duties and responsibilities include, managing daily branch operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources, but are too diverse and general in nature to be classified in any one functional area of management or administration, such as personnel, purchasing, or administrative services. The Branch Manager trains, motivates, and supervises team members focusing to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems. This person will provide employees with guidance in handling difficult or complex personnel problems or in resolving escalated complaints or disputes to the Regional Director and/or Human Resources. Partnering with the Regional Director and Human Resources, the Branch Manager will discuss job performance problems with employees to identify causes and issues and to work on resolving problems. Other duties include, but are not limited to, assigning job site and schedule to staff, as well as ensuring the staff is equipped with the appropriate supplies and equipment to provide the required services within their facility and office.
Work in this role might include, but will not be limited to:
• Being accountable for branch operations and compliance by providing direction and guidance to branch staff on operational/regulatory procedures, ensuring compliance with operational, audit procedures, and timely completion of branch operational tasks.
• Make Sure that all MSIL initiatives, KPIs, processes, and procedures are effectively communicated to the team and giving them the needed support to successfully implement them.

Maintain and expand business with existing clients of the branch, ensuring the highest standard of quality is delivered to clients, seeking out additional opportunities for business development.
• Ensure all orders are filled and serviced appropriately to meet 100% on-time order fulfillment.
• Develop recruiting plans that meet the needs of our customers.
• Manage the recruiting, hiring, training, developing, and coaching of internal team members to ensure successful operations practices.

Partner with other team management and directors to support operations in the region.
• Partner with Operations Leadership to manage and grow existing accounts and to establish branch and individual objectives.
• Partner with the Corporate Training team to plan and execute individual staff training and development needs and opportunities.

Represent the company at local job fairs, community service projects, and career days. Speaks to various groups, schools, and potential recruiting sources.
• Establish and maintain good public relations and networking within the community to develop new business.
• Partner with HR to maintain office policies and to ensure ensure that all administrative functions i.e. new hire paperwork, i-9s, E-Verify, new hire orientations and safety orientations are conducted according to Company policies and all applicable laws.

Provide daily/weekly/monthly reporting on branch placement specialist activity and office supply/expense.

Ensure the safety of the job locations and train the supervisors on safety procedures.

Investigate/review occurrences and complaints and prepares reports for HR and administrative personnel.
•
Ability to report to different sites throughout the day if instructed by Director of Operations.

Ability to supervise up to two (2) branches if needed as instructed by Director of Operations.
•
Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns. Partners with Regional Director and Human Resources for guidance when needed.

Accurately process employee time sheets.
