Job Summary
We are seeking a driven Staffing Consultant for a direct hire opportunity in Sandy, UT. This is a sales-focused, full-cycle staffing role for someone who enjoys building client relationships, winning new business, and connecting talented professionals with the right career opportunities.
In this role, you will operate with an entrepreneurial mindset while being supported by a proven staffing platform, structured sales training, collaborative teammates, and leadership that is invested in your growth. Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business through outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and client relationship building.
- Meet with hiring decision-makers to understand workforce challenges and recommend tailored staffing solutions.
- Negotiate rates, placement terms, and service expectations to close profitable new business.
- Recruit, evaluate, and match qualified candidates to open client positions.
- Manage client accounts to drive repeat business, strengthen relationships, and grow revenue.
- Track activity, manage pipelines, and consistently work toward sales and recruiting performance goals.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $50,000 per year.
