Staffing CoordinatorFull Time | Day Shift working 8 am - 4 pm | No Weekends!Pay up to $50,000/year based on experienceHoly Family Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dependable Staffing Coordinator to join our team in Bethlehem, PA. At Holy Family, we care like family.What You'll Do as a Staffing Coordinator: Develop, maintain, and adjust nursing staff schedules using electronic scheduling software to ensure appropriate staffing levels, budgeted hours, and consistent coverage across all shifts.Coordinate employee time-off requests, fill open shifts, and manage staffing adjustments, overtime, and approved incentive programs in collaboration with nursing leadership.Monitor employee attendance, tardiness, timekeeping, and scheduling compliance; identify concerns and communicate staffing trends to nursing leadership and Human Resources.Maintain accurate staffing records, daily staffing sheets, employee classifications, and payroll approvals while ensuring employees meet required licensing and training requirements.Coordinate orientation and training schedules for new nursing staff, support scheduling communication between shifts, and collaborate with leadership and staffing agencies when additional coverage is needed.Provide backup support to Central Supply, including supply distribution, inventory tracking, and coordination to ensure continuity of daily operations.Staffing Coordinator Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required.Minimum one year of healthcare scheduling experience required; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.Experience with electronic scheduling software highly preferred.Proficiency with computer applications, Microsoft Excel, and the ability to quickly learn new software.Strong customer service, telephone etiquette, and verbal and written English communication skills.Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy items; bend, stoop, kneel, reach, stand, walk, push/pull carts, and climb stairs.Why Holy Family Senior Living?Meaningful work that makes a difference in residents' lives every dayA compassionate, family-centered workplaceAbout Holy Family Senior LivingLocated on a beautiful 20-acre campus in Bethlehem, PA, Holy Family Senior Living has served older adults and their families since 1882.
