Duties Include:
- Coordinate & plan Nursing Department staff schedules, taking staff and facility needs into consideration.
- Coordinating all staffing requirements in the Facility
- Patiently deal with last-minute changes in scheduling
- Deal with staff call-outs appropriately by following proper protocol
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Other reasonable duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Excellent computer skills (MS word, excel, outlook etc.)
- Smartlinx6 experience preferred
- Background & experience in staffing preferred
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills are required
- Highly organized, professional & motivated
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask & prioritize
- Able to work well independently & as part of a team
Salary: $30.00 per hour
Schedule: M-F with the occasional weekend
