Purpose of Position: Under the general direction of the Laboratory Outreach Director, this position is responsible for the overall coordination of staffing schedules for the CCHC Laboratories Outreach. Staffing Schedule preparation and maintenance will be done in a way that is consistent with operational, financial and patient satisfaction goals.
Description
:
- Coordinate the preparation and maintenance of the daily/weekly/monthly staffing schedules for the Outreach department.
- Handles all aspects related to employee time records prior to timecard processing. (i.e. sick calls, filling open shifts, sign ups and daily schedule reconciliation.)
- Collect and collate vacation time requests for Supervisory approval
- Assist management in tracking open FMLA cases and the use of FMLA hours.
- Functions as the central communication source regarding staffing and scheduling issues and as is a resource to all Supervisors and staff.
- Responsible for standardizing all scheduling in compliance with pay practices and SEIU Union regulations.
- Responsible for overall coordination of department staffing and scheduling in line with budget and patient needs.
- Assists employees in the use of the ATSS system
- Responsible for tracking absenteeism and tardiness and generating reports for Department Directors/Supervisors.
- Responsible for the daily management of call traffic on the Attendance Line and providing payroll support to department Supervisors and Staff.
- Successfully manages multiple projects and responsibilities.
- Perform other work related duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications
:
- High School graduate or equivalent, college degree preferred plus basic technical training, usually one year or more.
- Intermediate computer ability. Outlook, Word, Excel, and ATSS
Schedule Details: 40 Hours Per Week, Monday-Friday, 5a-1p, No Weekends & Occasional Holidays
