At Comfort Keepers, our mission is Elevating the Human Spirit. As a Staffing Coordinator, you'll play an important role in supporting caregivers and helping families receive the quality care they need.
What You’ll Do:
As a Staffing Coordinator, you’ll help keep our caregivers and clients connected by:
- Coordinating caregiver schedules and client care needs
- Matching caregivers with appropriate client assignments
- Managing daily schedule changes and staffing needs
- Communicating with caregivers, clients, families, and office staff
- Supporting caregiver recruiting and onboarding
- Welcoming and assisting new caregivers
- Keeping schedules and staffing information accurate and up to date
- Helping maintain smooth daily office operations
No two days are exactly the same! This is an active, people-centered position where communication, organization, and problem-solving are important.
Pay & Benefits

What We’re Looking For
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation
- Available Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
- Able to commute to our Luzerne, PA office
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to learn and grow
- Staffing, scheduling, recruiting, or home care experience is a plus, but not required
