As a Staffing Manager, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:
Oversee timely scheduling, completion, and documentation of client visits in accordance with regulatory and company standards
Manage caregiver placements, long-term case assignments, start-of-care visits, and fill-in dispatch support
Lead, coach, and develop staffing supervisors, coordinators, and special care aides
Ensure accurate client schedules, authorization alignment, and same-day vacant shift coverage
Create staffing and dispatch plans to reduce gaps and improve staffing reliability
Prepare for and support state surveys, onsite monitoring, and contract audits
Implement operational best practices that enhance communication, efficiency, and client outcomes
Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including speed to fill, scheduling accuracy, NPS, and compliance measures
Support care teams with service plan adherence and quality initiatives
Collaborate with case managers, clients, caregivers, and internal departments
Represent Elara Caring professionally in the community, upholding mission and service values
Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards
What is Required?
Bachelor’s degree preferred OR one of the following in lieu of a degree: Associate degree, 60+ completed college credit hours, Equivalent experience in home care or healthcare operations
3–5 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare environment
Experience supporting the elderly or disabled (professional or personal)
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Proficiency in scheduling software, EMR platforms, and general computer applications
Knowledge of state regulations and compliance standards
Ability to resolve problems quickly and professionally
Bilingual fluency (Spanish, Mandarin/Cantonese, Russian, Portuguese) a plus
Familiarity with home care and Medicaid policies preferred
You will report to the Regional Director or Area Vice President of PCS Operations.
