Position Summary

The Bilingual Staffing Specialist will play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, and supporting employees while building strong relationships with clients. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people find employment opportunities, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, source, screen, and interview candidates for light industrial, warehouse, clerical, and professional positions
• Conduct candidate onboarding and new hire orientations
• Maintain regular communication with employees and clients regarding staffing needs
• Coordinate interviews, background checks, and onboarding requirements
• Manage attendance tracking, employee relations, and workforce support
• Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Partner with clients to ensure staffing goals and service expectations are met
• Support job fairs, recruiting events, and community outreach efforts

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written) required
• 2+ years of staffing, recruiting, HR, customer service, or related experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and recruiting platforms
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
