Steadily is hiring an exceptional zero-to-one enterprise sales leader to build our Partnerships sales motion from the ground up.

Youll operate as a true player-coach: personally sourcing, shaping, negotiating, and closing strategic partnerships while building the process and playbook behind them. Youll mentor our existing Account Executive and work directly with leadership to define how the team should grow from here.

This is a rare opportunity to build a sales function from zero inside a fast-growing, well-funded insurtech - with the autonomy to test, learn, and shape how one of Steadilys key growth channels works.

What Youll Do

• Build and own Steadilys Partnerships sales motion end to end, from prospecting and qualification through commercial negotiation and close

• Personally source and close strategic partnerships with meaningful enterprise and commercial complexity

• Build the pipeline stages, qualification criteria, forecasting, deal process, and playbook that make the motion repeatable

• Mentor and coach our Account Executive, raising the bar on how the team sells

• Partner with leadership to define the future structure, roles, and hiring plan for Partnerships

• Work closely with our Account Management leader to create a seamless transition from signed deal to activated, retained, and growing partner

• Collaborate with Product, Underwriting, and Operations to solve partner needs and ensure deals are built for long-term success

• Experiment constantly with positioning, outreach, deal structure, and sales process - then turn what works into something the broader team can repeat

• Identify gaps slowing down deals or limiting the channel and take ownership of solving them

• Represent Steadily as a credible, senior voice with prospective partners

What Were Looking For

• Experienced: 7+ years in enterprise or complex B2B sales, ideally in an early-stage or high-growth environment

• Builder: Youve helped create a sales motion, channel, or playbook from scratch - not just operated inside an established one

• Enterprise-tested: You have a strong track record closing deals with long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, and meaningful commercial negotiation

• Player-coach: Youve personally carried a number while mentoring and developing other sales talent

• Industry fluency: Experience in insurance, real estate, proptech, mortgage, property services, fintech, or a similarly partnership-driven industry is a strong plus

• Experimental: You test new approaches quickly, learn from what happens, and adjust without waiting for perfect information

• Driven: Youre comfortable owning high-stakes work with limited oversight and putting in the effort it takes to get the deal done
