Role Overview

We are seeking a Stakeholder Engagement and Communications professional to support the VA ICAM IOSS project, which aims to modernize the Department of Veterans Affairs'' multi-vendor Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) environment. This role will coordinate stakeholder engagement and communications throughout the transition, translating program changes into clear messages, leadership briefings, feedback channels, and targeted outreach to build understanding, readiness, and adoption across government, delivery, and user communities.

Required Skills

• Stakeholder communication and engagement.
• Change management and organizational readiness.
• Executive presentations and leadership briefings.
• Ability to translate program changes into clear, audience-appropriate communications.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate communication activities across diverse stakeholder groups.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting enterprise technology modernization or transformation programs.
• Experience developing stakeholder engagement plans and change communications.
• Experience gathering feedback and supporting adoption initiatives.
• Experience working with government stakeholders, delivery teams, and end-user communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and communication activities for the ICAM IOSS transition.
• Translate program updates, changes, and impacts into clear and consistent communications.
• Develop executive presentations, leadership briefings, and stakeholder communication materials.
• Establish and support feedback channels to gather stakeholder input and address concerns.
• Plan and coordinate targeted outreach to improve awareness, readiness, and adoption.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders, delivery teams, and user communities to align messaging.
• Support change management activities and communicate transition milestones and impacts.
• Track stakeholder feedback and communication outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement.

Education Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
