Stamping Supervisor

Stamping Supervisor - 2nd or 3rd Shift

Pay: $30-$35/hour, based on experience

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, four 10-hour shifts; Friday as needed

We are seeking an experienced Stamping Supervisor to lead an off-shift operation in our Blanking and Secondary Stamping departments. This is a hands-on supervisor position, and the successful candidate will be expected to actively participate in machine setups and support production on the floor.

The operation includes blanking as well as secondary stamping processes, including single-hit piercing and forming.

Shift Options:

2nd Shift

4:30 PM-2:30 AM, Monday-Thursday

Friday as needed

3rd Shift

9:00 PM-7:00 AM, Monday-Thursday

Friday as needed

The position will most likely be on 3rd shift, although 2nd shift may be considered depending on candidate availability.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day stamping operations and production employees
• Participate directly in stamping press setups and changeovers
• Support blanking, piercing, forming, and other secondary stamping operations
• Troubleshoot production and setup issues
• Ensure production schedules and quality requirements are met
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment
• Train, coach, and support employees on the shift
• Work closely with management, quality, maintenance, and other departments

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in metal stamping or press operations
• Hands-on experience with stamping press setups and changeovers
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
• Experience with blanking, piercing, forming, or secondary stamping operations
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability and willingness to work hands-on alongside the production team
• Dependable and comfortable working an off shift

Compensation:

$30-$35 per hour, based on experience.
