Steakhouse Server - PT

• Greet guests promptly and professionally and guide them through the dining experience from seating to farewell.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of menu offerings.
• Make confident recommendations and engage in suggestive selling while enhancing the guest experience.
• Maintain awareness of pacing, timing, and guest cues to ensure seamless service.
• Work collaboratively with hosts, bussers, bartenders, culinary staff, and management.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience (or any other alternative as deemed appropriate).
• Exceptional guest service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to remain poised and professional in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
