Purpose:

This

position

will

provide

the

coordination

and

instructional

support

necessary

to

maximize

the

impact

of

the

STEM

Bus

for

students,

teachers,

campuses,

families,

and

community

partners.

This

position

is

grant-funded.

Qualifications:

Education/Certification:

Bachelor's

Degree;

STEM

Teaching

and

Leadership

Experience

Preferred

Experience:

At

least

3

years

of

STEM

teaching

and

leadership

experience

preferred

General

Employee

Requirements :

Develop

and

maintain

standards-aligned

STEM

curriculum,

lessons,

activities,

and

station

materials.

Coordinate

and

maintain

the

STEM

Bus

visit

calendar

and

schedule

campus/community

visits.

Communicate

with

campus

administrators

and

staff

regarding

visit

expectations,

schedules,

student

groups,

and

instructional

needs.

Coordinate

with

Transportation

to

secure

appropriate

drivers

and

ensure

transportation

logistics

are

addressed.

Arrange

appropriate

district

and

volunteer

staffing

and

support

for

the

implementation

of

STEM

Bus

stations

and

activities.

Organize,

inventory,

maintain,

and

replenish

STEM

Bus

materials,

equipment,

and

instructional

supplies.

Establish

procedures

to

ensure

the

STEM

Bus

is

prepared

and

ready

for

each

scheduled

visit.

Support

professional

learning

and

guidance

for

staff

assisting

with

STEM

Bus

activities.

Collect

feedback

and

participation

data

to

evaluate

and

continuously

improve

STEM

Bus

experiences.

Connect

with

stakeholders

for

continued

investments

and

sponsorships

Working
