What You’ll Do

• Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment ensuring compliance with hospital standards
• Inspect, assemble, and package sterile supplies for surgical procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation of sterilization processes
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols in a fast-paced surgical environment
• Collaborate with surgical teams and support staff to ensure timely instrument availability
• Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of sterile equipment
• Follow hospital policies and procedures to uphold patient safety

What You Need
Required:

• Valid certifications in CBSPD & IAHCSMM/HSPA
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sterile processing or surgical instrumentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare setting
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience with hospital sterilization equipment and procedures
• Prior surgical support experience
