What Youll Do
- Lead daily sterile processing operations and support department workflow.
- Coordinate the decontamination, preparation, assembly, packaging, sterilization, and distribution of surgical instruments and supplies.
- Verify that instrumentation is properly cleaned, sterilized, functional, and ready for patient use.
- Support quality initiatives, inventory management, and regulatory compliance.
- Mentor sterile processing staff and assist with workflow coordination.
- Use Censitrac and other documentation systems to maintain instrument tracking and quality standards.
What You Need
Required- HSPA (IAHCSMM) or CBSPD certification.
- Four years of sterile processing experience.
- Previous leadership or charge experience.
- Ability to work the scheduled day shift and occasional holidays.
Preferred- Experience with Censitrac or similar instrument tracking and quality documentation systems.
