You will assist the culinary team by ensuring all dishware, utensils, and equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and readily available. Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dishwashing area, including floors and surfaces.
- Assist with basic food prep tasks when needed.
- Ensure kitchen waste is disposed of properly and recycling is sorted.
- Support the kitchen team by maintaining an organized supply of clean utensils, cookware, and equipment.
- Uphold food safety standards and help maintain a clean, safe working environment.
