Steward

**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a dedicated Steward to join our team. The Steward will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in our food and beverage operations. This role involves washing dishes, utensils, and ensuring the kitchen and dining areas are kept clean at all times.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of proper sanitation and hygiene practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills

**Responsibilities:**
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition
- Ensure the kitchen and dining areas are sanitized and clean
- Empty and clean trash containers
- Assist with food preparation when needed
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies

- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
- Strong communication skills

**Work Environment:**
The Steward will primarily work in the kitchen and dining areas of the establishment. The environment may be fast-paced and require the ability to multitask.
