Competitive Pay & Incentives

• Base Pay: $18.50–$23.00/hr, based on experience

• 2nd Shift Differential: +$3.00/hr

• Medical Insurance Opt-Out: +$3.00/hr, if eligible

Potential Total Compensation: Up to $29.00/hr with applicable differential and medical opt-out incentive.

What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents

• Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, meals, and personal care

• Develop meaningful relationships with residents and their families

• Follow individualized care plans and document care accurately

• Collaborate with nurses and fellow Nurse Aides

• Help maintain a safe, respectful, and welcoming household environment

Requirements

• Active Kentucky Nurse Aide Registry certification – REQUIRED

• Ability to consistently work Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–11:30 PM

• Reliability, professionalism, and a compassionate approach to resident care

• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position

• Successful completion of required background and drug screening
