Job Overview

Senior Helpers of Dayton is hiring a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) for a full-time Field Support Coordinator position.

This is a hands-on, field-based role for an STNA looking to take on additional responsibilities while supporting clients and caregivers throughout the Dayton area.

You will assist with new client transitions, provide caregiver support and training, conduct field visits, and help ensure quality care. A company vehicle is provided for work-related travel.

Minimum Requirements

• Active State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification.

• Valid driver's license.

• Ability and willingness to drive up to 100 miles per day.

• Availability to work 40 hours per week.

• Flexibility to assist with occasional weekend coverage.

• Availability to participate in an on-call rotation approximately one week per month.

Important: An active STNA certification and valid driver's license are mandatory. Although a company vehicle is provided, candidates must have a valid driver's license and be comfortable with frequent driving.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with Start of Care (SOC) visits and introductions for new clients.

• Provide temporary care coverage when caregivers call out until permanent coverage is arranged.

• Visit clients and caregivers in the field to provide support and assistance.

• Train caregivers and conduct skills evaluations.

• Monitor caregiver compliance with clients' Plans of Care (POC).

• Complete progress notes, documentation, and incident reports.

• Communicate with clients, caregivers, and management.

• Assist with office operations and additional duties as needed.

Schedule

• Full-time: 40 hours per week.

• Flexible scheduling within the 7:00 AM–7:00 PM operational window.

• Typical schedule: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.

• Weekend availability as needed.

• On-call rotation approximately one week per month.
