STNA Staffing Coordinator $23-$25

• Must have a valid STNA license in good standing with ODH
• Check nursing staffing before every shift.
• Communicate daily and post needs to contract agencies.
• Answer phone calls and either respond to inquiry or direct calls to appropriate personnel.
• Participate in preparing agency access credintials
• Participate in orientation of new staff including agency.
• Adjust nursing schedule to meet needs to cover call offs.
• Prepare daily census/staffing record and post at reception desk.
• Complete all paperwork for PTO, OT, and call offs (etal).
• Update the master schedule while making adjustments.
• Participate in annual IDPH survey.
• Check e-mails daily and responds to all vendor requests.
• Participate in ordering and maintaining nursing supplies.
• Responsible for filing and archiving.
• Complete required Relias training.
• Assume duties of Inventory Clerk in their absence.
• Punctual, regular, and predictable attendance
• Perform other related duties, as assigned or required
