Stock Handler
Pay: 25/hr, W 2 

Summary:

Location: Halifax, VA

Mon - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Overtime will be required at various intervals

Responsibilities:

• Perform responsibilities and tasks of the position accurately.
• Read, interpret, and comply with company and departmental procedures.
• Maintain stock inventory with attention to detail and basic math skills.
• Operate a personal computer and perform basic data entry to track inventory.
• Operate a forklift and truck.
• Lift up to 65 lbs.
• Respond to customers regarding the availability of stocked items and provide needed support.

Requirements:

• Safety awareness.
• Ability and experience to operate a forklift.
• Dependability and ability to follow instructions.
• High School Graduate or GED.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively alone and with a team.
• Self-motivation.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
