Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: 2nd shift, Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, with day shift and night shift options available; overtime opportunities

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Stock Picker to operate cherry-picker forklifts in a warehouse environment. The primary focus is on unloading, moving, and storing materials efficiently while adhering to safety standards and maintaining accurate inventory reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate cherry-picker forklifts to unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles
• Stack materials and merchandise to designated locations within the warehouse
• Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
• Identify damages, shortages, or quality issues during inventory handling
• Report damages, shortages, or quality deficiencies accurately and promptly
• Follow all safety procedures to ensure safe operation of forklift equipment
• Assist with warehouse organization and maintain a clean work environment
• Support team efforts to meet productivity goals and maintain orderly operations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience
• Valid forklift operator certification for cherry-picker forklifts
• Ability to operate cherry-picker forklifts safely and efficiently
• Capable of repeatedly lifting up to 40 lbs
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with sit-down forklifts or related warehouse machinery

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and perform manual handling tasks within a warehouse setting
• Willingness to work during scheduled shifts in a warehouse environment

Dress Code

Casual attire (no rips, tears, or shreds). Partners shirt must be worn at all times, and shorts are not permitted.
