Stocker Job Details:

Schedule: Must be flexible 12 hr shifts. Must be available between the hours of 6am-7pm

Location: Bryan, TX

Temporary to hire

Starting Pay Rate: $15.00/ hour + (based on experience)

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Stock and organize food items, beverages, and kitchen supplies in designated storage areas, including refrigerators, freezers, and dry storage.
• Ensure proper food rotation using FIFO (First In, First Out) to maintain freshness and reduce waste.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of storage areas
• Assist kitchen staff by restocking workstations with necessary supplies during meal preparation and service.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies to supervisors.
• Remove and properly dispose of trash, cardboard, and other waste materials.
• Transport food carts, supplies, and equipment between storage areas and kitchen as needed.
• Support dishwashing and general kitchen duties when required.

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, required.
• Food Handler Certification

Job Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in a health care environment
• 2+ years of Tray Line Runner/Stocker experience
• Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and possess a positive attitude.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
