Key Responsibilities:

• Unload Products: Safely and efficiently remove product from inbound trailers and place them onto conveyor systems.
• Load Outbound Trailers: Organize and load packages or pallets onto outbound trailers as required.
• Secure Handling: Ensure that all items are placed securely on the conveyor to prevent damage during transit.
• Maintain Organization: Keep your work area clean and organized to promote a safe working environment.
• Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe workplace.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals.

Qualifications:

• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout your shift.
• Active Engagement: Comfortable standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks for long durations.
• Experience: Previous warehouse or physical labor experience is advantageous but not required-willingness to learn is key!
• Dependability: Must demonstrate punctuality and reliability in attendance.
• Verification Requirements: Completion of E-Verify, background check, and drug screening is mandatory.
