Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Store Clerk to join our team! As a Store Clerk, you will assist customers with their dry cleaning and laundry needs and ensure an excellent shopping experience. Responsibilities may include working the register and maintaining the store's appearance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and knowledge of cash register operation. 


Responsibilities 

• Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping
• Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Work at a register to ring up sales and assist customers.
• Collect payments by cash and credit card
• Issue receipts and refunds to customers
• Take added responsibility for stocking, inventory, and store maintenance.
• Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.
• Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to best assist customers with their selections.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
• Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
• Willingness to work well in a team environment
• Ability to quickly and accurately work a register
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
