You will serve as theface of the brand in your community and operate the store with an "owner'smindset."KEY RESPONSIBILITIESStore Operations & Financial Management• Oversee all daily store operations and ensure compliancewith franchise policies and procedures• Manage cash handling, daily deposits, bankreconciliations, and financial reporting• Review Profit & Loss statements, KPIs, and dailybusiness reports to drive performance• Order food, supplies, and manage inventory counts• Schedule equipment maintenance and oversee storecleanliness and appearance• Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and brand standardsare met at all timesTeam Leadership & Development• Hire, train, develop, and supervise Assistant Managers,Shift Leads, and Team Members• Create and manage weekly employee schedules• Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to achieveoperational excellence• Recognize and reinforce individual and team performance• Maintain regular communication with the District Managerand corporate partnersGuest Experience & Brand Leadership• Deliver an outstanding guest experience with a"guest-first" mindset• Build customer trust through product knowledge andpersonalized recommendations• Work on the line when needed and lead by example duringpeak business hours• Uphold Smoothie King's mission, culture, and brandstandards• Develop and execute local marketing, catering, andcommunity outreach initiativesQUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS• Minimum 2 years of management experience required (ShiftLead, Assistant Manager, Store Manager, or similar)• Restaurant or retail management experience preferred;Smoothie King experience a plus• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, andtime-management abilities• Comfortable using POS systems, scheduling software, andMicrosoft Word & Excel• Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings,weekends, and holidays• High school diploma or GED required• ServSafe Certification preferred• Reliable transportationWHY SMOOTHIE KINGWe believe every day is filled with promise and possibility.Our purpose is to help people be their best selves-through carefully selectedingredients, expertly crafted blends, and teams that care.Company IntroductionAt Smoothie King, Kingdom Franchises, LLC, our brand mission is to inspire people to live a healthy and active lifestyle.
