As customers arrive, you and your team provide expert guidance, helping contractors and businesses find the right products.You'll recruit, train, and develop your team while implementing effective sales strategies and maintaining visual merchandising standards throughout the store. You'll conduct inventory audits, oversee replenishment efforts, and work closely with vendors to ensure product availability.Between managing daily store operations, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations, you'll take pride in keeping the store running efficiently while maintaining top-tier customer service.This is a full-time, in-person leadership role based at our Harrisburg, PA store.
