As we continue to expand across North America, we are looking for a passionate and driven Store Manager to lead store operations, develop a high-performing team, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and support the continued growth of the Teapulse brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store sales, cost control, staffing, and day-to-day operations.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, performance coaching, and team building.
• Oversee ordering, inventory, stock counts, and waste control to manage operational costs.
• Ensure product quality, customer service, store cleanliness, and food safety consistently meet brand standards.
• Handle customer complaints and on-site incidents, and carry out operational tasks and initiatives as assigned by the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in food & beverage, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of inventory management, scheduling, and cost control.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese, with the ability to communicate, train, hold meetings, and prepare written reports in both languages.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available.)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $54,000/year, commensurate with experience.
• Performance-based bonus (up to $24,000/year) calculated and paid out monthly based on KPI achievement.
• Paid Time Off (PTO).
