Description A confidential highly regarded European kitchen and bath manufacturer is seeking a Showroom Manager for its Chicago location. This is a luxury retail leadership role overseeing a high-end showroom specializing in custom bespoke Italian kitchens bathrooms and architectural systems.

The Showroom Manager will drive revenue by cultivating deep relationships with high-net-worth clients interior designers architects and developers leading complex design consultations for residential and commercial projects. This individual will manage daily showroom operations ensuring visual merchandising and product presentation remain aligned with the brands luxury standards while supervising training and mentoring showroom sales and design support staff.

The role also includes oversight of the full client project lifecycle from initial site measurements and design execution through final delivery and installation coordination along with local reporting inventory oversight and vendor communication in alignment with corporate policy.
