Store Manager

A well-established apparel retailer is seeking a Store Manager for its Westport location. This is a direct hire opportunity with a growing retail organization.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily store operations, leading and scheduling a team of sales associates, driving sales performance, and delivering an excellent customer experience. The Store Manager will oversee visual merchandising standards, inventory management, cash handling, and loss prevention, and will recruit, train, and develop store staff.

The ideal candidate has prior retail management experience, preferably in apparel or fashion, with a track record of meeting sales goals and building strong teams. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills are required, along with the ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends.
