You will oversee daily store operations, lead front-of-house staff, maintain quality standards, and ensure an exceptional experience for our long-standing community clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Train, schedule, and mentor store associates to maintain top-tier service standards.
• Operations & Logistics: Manage front-counter workflow, garment tracking, inventory accuracy, and daily cash reporting.
• Customer Relations: Handle VIP client accounts and resolve complex service inquiries with poise and sound judgment.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain a clean, highly organized store layout and ensure orders meet strict quality control guidelines.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred, or 1-3+ years of customer service/operations experience.
• Mindset: Strong common sense, proactive decision-making, and high attention to detail.
• Skills: Clear verbal and written communication; ability to stay calm and organized during rush hours.
• Prior dry cleaning experience is a plus, but not required--we will train the right leader.
