Store Operations Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a key player in ensuring the accurate and timely execution of operational projects. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to the development and communication of new processes across all levels of field management. As a vital member of our team, you will serve as an operations expert on cross-functional teams and assist less experienced coordinators. This position typically reports to the Manager of Store Operations and does not have direct reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely execution of operational projects.
• Assist in developing and communicating new processes with field management.
• Serve as an operations expert on cross-functional teams.
• Assist less experienced coordinators in their roles.
• Manage and respond to emails from stores and vendors.
• Process storage requests and maintain records for 1,700 to 4,000 storage units.
• Handle storage payments and resolve related issues.

Our team is part of store support, with a focus on store operations related to inventory, floorsets, backroom organization, storage, and store communication. We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 2-3 years of store operations experience.
