We're looking for a Store Realty Project Coach to lead meaningful projects that shape the future of our store environments. In this role, you'll guide cross-functional teams through complex initiatives in project management, space management and store design. You'll leverage data analysis and operational insights to drive smart decisions that impact our associates and customers. Your leadership will help us create spaces where people want to work and shop. This is your chance to make a real difference at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and lead cross-functional teams through realty and space management projects
• Apply data analysis and operational expertise to inform strategic decisions
• Manage project timelines and deliverables while maintaining quality standards
• Collaborate with store design and operations teams to optimize store environments

Work Schedule:

Primarily working overnights; night shifts average from 10 to 12 hours.

Traveling Requirements:

Frequent travel up to 1000 miles from home is a role requirement. Expect to be away from home 80% of the time, or for 17-21 days at a time. Travel areas are based on project workload and will change as the business needs. Associate will be based out of a home store but can expect to travel to surrounding states or farther to support projects. Mileage will be reimbursed, and overnight stays will be paid for Realty Project Coach roles. Time traveling is not paid.

Salary

Annual salary range for this position is $60,000

What we need to see from you:

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• You bring hands-on experience in project management, space management, store design, operations or data analysis
• You demonstrate the ability to lead teams and communicate effectively across departments
