Shift Timings: Monday–Friday, 7: 00 AM–3: 30 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)

Seeking an experienced Storeroom Supervisor to oversee daily storeroom and inventory operations while managing a small team of three associates (1 Lead and 2 Storeroom Attendants). The ideal candidate must have prior supervisory or team lead experience, strong inventory management knowledge, customer service skills, and basic computer skills.

Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Storeroom Supervisor to oversee daily storeroom and inventory operations while managing a small team of three associates (1 Lead and 2 Storeroom Attendants). The ideal candidate must have prior supervisory or team lead experience, strong inventory management knowledge, customer service skills, and basic computer skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and mentor storeroom employees.
- Oversee daily warehouse and storeroom operations.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and physical inventory counts.
- Replenish and maintain vending machines.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalated issues.
- Ensure safety standards and ISO compliance.
- Assign tasks and monitor team productivity.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare reports.
- Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
- Previous Supervisor or Team Lead experience (Mandatory).
- Warehouse and storeroom operations.
- Inventory management and stock control.
- RF Scanner experience.
- Basic computer skills and MS Office (Excel and Word).
- Customer service and communication skills.
- Team management and employee training.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Vending machine replenishment experience.
- Supply chain or distribution experience.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
