Must Have:

• Enterprise Agile Program Management (Agile/SAFe)
• 15 years of Program Management
• SAFe Agilist/Agile leadership
• Large banking/financial transformation programs
• Practical GenAI/LLM experience (not just awareness)

Role Summary:
Seeking a seasoned Program Agile Lead to provide structure, governance, and execution oversight across a large-scale C360 transformation program. This role will lead coordination across ~200 resources (20 delivery pods) and multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment, accountability, transparency, and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish program governance, reporting, and operating cadence.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, issues, and escalations.
• Drive capacity planning, resource management, and velocity tracking.
• Lead Agile/SAFe delivery, including PI Planning and release coordination.
• Enable collaboration across product, business, technology, and delivery teams.
• Provide executive-level status reporting and stakeholder communications.

Required Experience

• Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs involving multiple workstreams and hundreds of resources.
• Strong Agile/Scrum/SAFe program management background.
• Expertise in governance, dependency management, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Experience managing complex data, Client 360, or enterprise platform initiatives.
• Strong understanding of LLM/GenAI technologies and their application within enterprise programs.
• Ideal Candidate A delivery-focused leader who can bring rigor, structure, and accountability to a complex transformation program while effectively coordinating large cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders. Must have deep Agile Experience and some LLM Experience.
