Strategic Finance Analyst (Workday Adaptive Planning)
Salary: $75,000-$90,000 base + 10% bonus (flexible for exceptional candidates)
Location: Tampa, FL 33607

Key Responsibilities for the Strategic Finance Analyst:
- Lead change management initiatives and increase user adoption of Workday Adaptive Planning
- Build, maintain, and enhance complex financial models with multiple business drivers and variables
- Partner with FP&A leadership to improve forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes
- Support cross-functional teams by translating business needs into actionable financial models and insights
- Drive process improvements and contribute to broader strategic finance initiatives
Qualifications for the Strategic Finance Analyst:
- Hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning experience in a complex environment
- Experience managing financial models with six or more drivers and variables
- Background supporting multi-entity, multi-site, or multi-brand organizations preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
