We're looking for a seasoned Pricing Analyst who owns it. Someone who has been in the pricing seat long enough to know when to say yes, when to push back, and how to have that conversation with Sales confidently.

Job Details

What You’ll Do:

• Build and manage pricing models that drive real business decisions — deals, renewals, contract strategy
• Analyze margin, profitability, and pricing performance to spot revenue leakage before it happens
• Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Account Management, and Finance on enterprise deals, RFPs, and client renewals
• Own pricing governance — set the rules, build the guardrails, hold the line on discounting
• Develop rate cards, price books, and deal-desk frameworks Sales can actually use
• Build dashboards and reporting in Excel, Power BI, and SQL that leadership trusts
• Be the go-to expert on competitive pricing, market trends, and where the company should be priced to win

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of dedicated pricing analyst experience — B2B preferred, healthcare/insurance/workers’ comp a plus
• Deep expertise in value-based pricing, deal desk operations, margin defense, and quote-to-cash workflows
• Salesforce CPQ experience a plus, not needed
• Strong command of Excel (advanced), Power BI, and SQL
• Confident communicator
