Strategic Sourcing Manager

Responsibilities:

Position Responsibilities:  

• Lead sourcing efforts and negotiations in assigned categories 
• Developing Strategies to improve cost structure and optimize spend through early involvement in sourcing lifecycle 
• Negotiating complex agreements in Sourcing categories 
• Collaborating with Leadership to manage and execute defined Sourcing Plans through the development and distribution of RFx’s (RFI, RFQ, RFP), vendor communications, and development of vendor selection criteria 
• Propose and lead initiatives to drive ongoing evolution of sourcing frameworks, processes and best practices 
• Proactively developing effective business relationships with vendors, stakeholders, and internal key decision makers
• Provide procurement support to Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling production and distribution facilities for indirect goods and services, including material capital expenditures and local maintenance agreements.
• Support Reyes Holdings Real Estate and Facilities teams through strategic sourcing activities, including market analysis, competitive bidding, contract administration, supplier relationship management, and achievement of cost, service, and risk management objectives.   
• Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience:  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or other related professional discipline and 4 to 6 years of Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Management or related business experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 to 9 plus years of above related experience   
• Strong vendor and contract negotiation experience  

Preferred Education and Experience:  

• Master’s Degree
