• 3 to 5 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Contracts Management, or a related business field.
• Experience with sourcing, including RFP execution, contract negotiations, and Supplier Relationship Management.

Job Summary: Strategic Sourcing Specialist

• Seeking an experienced professional in Commodity/Account Management and Strategic Sourcing.
• Responsible for establishing sourcing goals, maintaining service levels, and managing the end-to-end procurement process.
• Will execute competitive bids, negotiate and administer contracts, and analyze proposals to optimize quality, timing, and supply reliability.

Responsibilities: Strategic Sourcing Specialist

• Develop and implement negotiation strategies for goods, services, and supplies.
• Execute supply chain strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Establish and maintain sourcing objectives and service level agreements.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, vendors, and external partners.
• Analyze proposals, financial reports, and related data.
• Evaluate supplier capabilities, quality standards, reliability, and competitiveness.
• Conduct supplier research to support organizational sourcing standards.
• Support strategic planning for commodities and strategic suppliers.
• Lead sourcing activities from RFQ through contract execution.
• Monitor supplier and commodity performance against delivery, quality, and cost expectations.

Preferred Qualifications: Strategic Sourcing Specialist

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and database management.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Project management experience.
• Government or aerospace industry experience.
