    About StratiFi

StratiFi is decision-intelligence software for wealth management. The platform unifies risk, compliance, and investment strategy in one place so advisors can run smarter practices without the manual work. Real product-market fit, roughly $3M ARR with a clear path to $10M, in a $100B+ addressable market of independent RIAs and wealth management firms across the U.S.

Founded: 2017 | Team size: 11–50 | Funding stage: Series A (total funding not disclosed; ~$3M ARR) Industry: FinTech Website: stratifi.com Office: Remote, U.S.-based team

    Why Candidates Should Join

    • Uncapped commission — larger ACVs mean larger commission checks
    • Shape the playbook — small, low-bureaucracy team on EOS; high performers build the playbook they run, with direct access to the Head of Sales and CEO
    • Sell in the sweet spot — mid-market RIAs that don't yet have a comparable solution, won in 60–90 days; higher deal volume, faster cycles
    • Strong PMF, clear trajectory — ~$3M ARR with a defined path to $10M in a $100B+ market
    • Fully remote + Unlimited PTO + health benefits

    Intake Call Summary

Not present in the source page (an Intake Video is provided but no transcript or summary text). Not fabricated.

    The Role

A full-cycle, closing-focused individual contributor converting qualified opportunities into closed-won revenue with mid-market RIA and wealth management firms in the $25K–$100K ACV range, on ~60–90 day cycles. Leads come from marketing, the Target Account Development Representative, and the Head of Sales; the AE owns the deal end to end. Distinct from the SME & Enterprise AE, who owns the largest, most complex deals ($100K–$500K+ ACV) on longer, multi-stakeholder cycles.

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Own the full sales cycle from qualified opportunity to signed contract for mid-market advisory firms ($25K–$100K ACV)
    • Maintain a clean, accurate HubSpot pipeline with disciplined stage progression, current notes, clear next steps, and realistic close dates, updated weekly
    • Proactively build and tailor pricing proposals based on firm size, product fit, and competitive positioning
    • Build trust-based relationships with decision-makers through consultative, discovery-led engagement
    • Coordinate with the Solutions Consultant on demos and execute clean, comprehensive handoffs to the Customer Success Manager at close

Tech stack: HubSpot CRM (or comparable)

    Detailed Must-Have Qualifications (role body)

    • 2+ years as a full-cycle Account Executive closing Mid-Market SaaS deals in the $25K–$100K ACV range with ~60–90 day sales cycles
    • 2+ years in wealth management, financial services, or fintech sales, with credible fluency in RIAs, custodians, compliance, and fiduciary concepts from day one
    • Provable quota attainment of 90%+ for at least one full year, with documentation available to share
    • Demonstrated pipeline discipline: accurate CRM data maintained without prompting and reliable forecasting (HubSpot or comparable CRM)
    • Prior experience at a small or growth-stage company (under 100 employees), thriving without a polished playbook

    Nice-to-Have (role body)

    • Direct experience selling to RIAs, broker-dealers, or wealth management platforms in the mid-market segment
    • Existing relationships with CCOs, COOs, principals, or operations leads at mid-market RIAs
    • Experience selling into custodian ecosystems (Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing) or alongside compliance/risk platforms
    • MEDDPICC, Challenger, Sandler, or comparable sales methodology training

    Requirements

    • Full-cycle Mid-Market close experience ($25K to $100K ACV)
    • Wealth management / RIA domain fluency
    • HubSpot pipeline discipline and reliable forecasting
    • Consultative discovery
    • Remote US, strong written and async communication

    Green Flags

    • Consistent, predictable quota delivery on a monthly and quarterly basis rather than occasional large wins
    • Speaks the language of wealth management (AUM, custodians, fiduciary, compliance, ADV, RIA structures) credibly and naturally, not from a memorized glossary
    • Maintains immaculate CRM hygiene without being asked and forecasts reliably
    • Reads ambiguous prospect signals accurately, distinguishes not-now from not-ever, and keeps deals moving with incomplete information
    • Runs a high volume of concurrent deals with fast turnaround on proposals and follow-ups, never letting deals go idle

    Red Flags

    • Only sub-$25K SMB or transactional selling experience
    • Only enterprise, long-cycle (9-month-plus) closing background
    • Needs a polished, pre-built playbook to perform
    • No RIA or wealth-advisor domain exposure
    • History of sandbagging or unreliable forecasting, with deals that surprise the forecast

    Role Details

    • Salary — $100,000–$125,000
    • Equity — Competitive
    • On-site policy — Fully remote, U.S.-based team
    • Visa sponsorship — None available
    • Employment type — Full-time
    • Location — United States (Remote)
    • Experience — 2+ years
