Title: Tandem/Pathway Developer
Location: Tampa, FL Onsite

Strong banking domain knowledge, particularly:
Card processing
Payment processing
Payment brands such as . and Mastercard

The ideal candidate should be an experienced Tandem/Pathway developer with strong knowledge of COBOL/SCOBOL, TACL, Pathway, Batchcom, Netbatch, FUP, KLIST, Enform, and SQL, preferably with experience in banking/card-payment systems and payment networks such as . and Mastercard.

Key Responsibilities:
Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment using modern programming languages and database query languages.
Strong coding skills in one or more programming languages.
Experience across the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Exposure to Agile methodologies, including:
CI/CD
Application Resiliency
Scrum
JIRA
Bitbucket
Knowledge of emerging software technologies and technical processes, such as Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Mobile, etc.
Knowledge of COBOL, SCOBOL, and TACL.

Good to Have:
Experience with POS Simulators and payment brand simulators such as ., Mastercard, Discover, etc.
Knowledge of Control-M, C++, Python, and Java.
Familiarity with modern front-end technologies.
Exposure to cloud technologies.
