What You’ll Do (High Level)
- Lead personalized one-on-one and small-group training sessions tailored to each client's goals and abilities
- Coach clients through Strength training, assisted Stretching and Balance exercises
- Inspire, motivate, and educate clients throughout their fitness journey
- Create a positive, energetic, and welcoming studio atmosphere where clients feel supported and encouraged
- Help maintain a clean, professional, and engaging training environment
You're a Great Fit If You:
- Are passionate about helping people improve their health and transform their quality of life

- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Bring enthusiasm, professionalism, and positive energy to every client interaction
- Hold a degree in Health Sciences, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or a related field (preferred but not required).
