Strength & Conditioning Coach

We are seeking a motivated, knowledgeable, and professional Strength & Conditioning Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about athletic performance, physical development, and helping athletes reach their full potential through safe, effective, and evidence-based training.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized and group strength and conditioning programs based on athletes' needs, goals, age, and sport.

• Lead strength training, speed, agility, conditioning, mobility, and injury-prevention sessions.

• Monitor athlete progress and make appropriate adjustments to training programs.

• Teach proper exercise technique, movement mechanics, and safe training practices.

• Develop positive relationships with athletes while promoting discipline, accountability, confidence, and teamwork.

• Collaborate with coaches to support athlete development.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe training environment.

• Keep accurate records of workouts, athlete progress, and performance metrics.

• Stay current with industry research, training methods, and best practices in strength and conditioning.
