Stretch Practitioner
Part-Time | $15–$20+ per hour


Love fitness, health and helping people feel their best?


Stretch Zone Rogers is looking for an energetic, personable Stretch Practitioner to work one-on-one with members providing practitioner-assisted stretching.


No assisted-stretching experience is required — we provide and pay for your Stretch Zone certification and training.


This is a great opportunity for someone interested in fitness, personal training, fitness coaching, exercise science, kinesiology, strength and conditioning, athletic training, sports medicine, athletics, mobility, or health and wellness.


Compensation

• $15.00/hour guaranteed base pay
  
  
• Additional $2.50 for every 30-minute stretch performed
  
  
• Additional commission opportunities for membership sales
  
  
• Potential to earn $20+/hour based on appointments and sales
  
  

What You'll Do

• Work one-on-one with members providing assisted-stretching sessions
  
  
• Learn and follow Stretch Zone's stretching methods and protocols
  
  
• Help members improve mobility, flexibility and overall wellness
  
  
• Build relationships with members and help them reach their goals
  
  
• Provide a welcoming, high-quality member experience
  
  
• Communicate with current and prospective members
  
  
• Help keep the studio clean, organized and professional
  
  

Who We're Looking For


You don't need previous assisted-stretching experience. We'll train you.


We're looking for someone who:

• Has a genuine interest in fitness, health or wellness
  
  
• Enjoys working directly with people
  
  
• Is outgoing, dependable and professional
  
  
• Is comfortable communicating with members and prospective members
  
  
• Enjoys hands-on learning and being coached
  
  
• Works well as part of a team
  
  
• Has reliable transportation
  
  
• Is available for a part-time schedule that may include evenings and weekends
  
  

Experience or education in exercise science, kinesiology, personal training, fitness coaching, strength and conditioning, athletic training, sports medicine, physical therapy, occupational therapy, coaching, sports, or fitness is a plus, but not required.


Paid Training & Certification


Stretch Zone provides and pays for your specialized Stretch Practitioner certification and training.


You'll receive hands-on and online instruction designed to prepare you to safely and confidently provide Stretch Zone's practitioner-assisted stretching sessions.
